Captain Micheal Brink had the idea of starting an Eco-Friendly small craft boat tour in Avila Beach / Pismo Beach area, the very first boat tour ever to be in Port San Luis, an open harbor filled with marine life and giant ancient mountains that fall deep into the Sea.
